I’m honestly surprised we didn’t tumble out of the top 10. Sunday’s loss was one of the most pathetic performances I’ve ever seen from this team in all 3 phases of the game. I would have personally ranked them at around 20.

Because it's a meaningless loss. You don't evaluate a team based on games where they just don't show up.

You should. They knew they had a game vs a weaker opponent and had no business to not show up.

In my line of work people who mess up the easy stuff don't stick around long.
Your work doesn't matter in this conversation and nobody cares enough about you to rank you.

If you did good work 99 times and had 1 stinker, you wouldn't get fired anyway.

YES IT IS. I love how people say such pointless, obviously wrong things like this.

KC literally did it last year week 3 at the Colts.
TB got housed 38-3 by the Saints
LAR got killed by the Cardinals week 3.

Good teams do this all the time.
Haha. We’ll see but I honestly hope you’re right. Just tired of watching this same movie replay every year.

Dropping to 6th is earned. The Boys are still a good team and we haven't seen the offense execute at a high level yet.

Then you should know we lost to few bad teams during those years. The teams that SB winning teams shouldn't have lost to.
Exactly. For example the 1995 Cowboys won the Super Bowl, yet lost twice to a four win Washington team that season. Dallas was 50 percent of their wins that year.

Oh yes I did. Good times.
Then you missed 1993's 0-2 open. Even missing Emmitt Smith Washington that year was a very bad football team and didn't just win, they wrecked the Cowboys 35-16.

And if you want the Smith excuse to stand, lets fast forward to playing the bad Atlanta Falcons in the Georgia Dome in November. The team sleepwalked and got run out, with Smith, 27-14.

That wasn't bad enough, they followed that game with their overall below middling performance, admittedly in bad conditions against a very mediocre Dolphins squad ending the utter all time embarrassment of Leon Lett's live football touch disaster that led to a 16-14 win, dropping the team at midseason to 7-4 and causing a lot in the media to discount Dallas as a contender any longer.
