Because it wasn't working when it first began, the NFL emailed me today that they are issuing me a full refund.

Anybody else have such luck?

No. But was thinking of getting it for the Miami game.
Are the games live on tv just like the ticket? Thought I heard something like only on tablets or phone.

Not yet and I emailed them to complain when it went down. Hopefully I'll get the same reply you did.

Thanks for the heads up!

I tried to watch it on TV using Google Chromecast but it didn't recognize my device. It worked fine on the laptop, though. Does the NFL block Chromecast?

The Cowboys game was blacked out in San Antonio as well even though the city was not listed on NFL.com's blackout list for the Cowboys. I just figured I was screwed but after seeing this thread I emailed requesting a refund and will see what happens.

Yep. I sent an e mail complaining on Saturday night. Received one today promising a refund and better still keeping the subscription active for the rest of the pre season. The funny part is. I actually got it working in time to watch the Cowboy game.

Make sure you are using google chrome. Make sure you have downloaded the Google Cast Extension

1. Click on game you want to watch
2. A window will pop up, at the top of the window you need to right click and choose show in tab
3. Cast that tab, you choose fullscreen if you wish

Oh, if you have a virus protection running you probably wont be able to cast tab to google chrome. Disable your virus protection and pop up blocker.

I emailed them. Received an automated response, saying someone would get back to me. Nothing yet.

Lol, did the email begin with "Hi, this is the NFL."

Close, lol.
