Good news, though (Or bad, if you believe in curses) we will most likely end our season wearing our Blues.

That don't matter..if you play good football instead of relying on a ouija board you win the game regardless of jersey color

I think 9-7 might win this division again,i hope we can just stay healthy.

Come on now.....as a poker player I don't think anyone is going to believe you don't have superstitions of your own......

Fess up, we've all seen what those guys on TV do.

Except we wear the whites vs the Skins now.

And if it is exceptionally cold by that game, it will be all the more reason to make the Cowboys wear white...

Oh that's right. Forgot about that. Well it looks like a good chance we'll be wearing whites for the whole season again, except for the throwbacks. The only other possible time we might wear blue will be @ Philadelphia, from the looks of it.

That's bad, because A) we don't wear our blues against the Commanders anymore and B) the last time we wore all whites for a season was 2010.

I bet you Carolina makes us wear the cursed blues when we play them. After all, it will be about 73 degrees for October.

You naughty boy:laugh2: ...I only play solid hands when I have an asian dealer...don't ask me why but it's been this way for years

I'm not a believer in curses, voo doo, or anything crazy like that....football games are like life, you get out of it what you put into it.

Many years ago when I took up poker I always wanted to play with players I KNEW were better than I was...I payed attention and learned from it....same with pool, if you only play against players that you always beat you'll never get better

We knew who we were going to play this season and based on last seasons records, yes, it appears to it could be tough. However, I think it's manageable. I do like finishing with a bunch of home games. I too am tired of the early bye, the road game to end the season again and the two road games on opposite coasts to start the year.

What I don't get is the whole 3 home games in the first 11 weeks thing. If you really look at it, the first four weeks are 2 away, 2 home and then the bye. We're home for 3 weeks in a row so the first 5 weeks aren't that big of a deal. 2 away 1 home 2 away to before we start the home stretch.

What I'm saying is if you break it down I don't think the lack of home games early to the middle is such a big deal. Some teams last year had a 3 road games in a row. 2 years ago we had 2 home 1 away 2 home in the middle of the year. It all goes around.

It never surprises me that we are a night game on the first week of the year. We move the ratings needle.

Last season

Nobody has played seven of their first 10 games on the road since the 49ers during the 1987 strike season (and that was only because a scheduled home game got canceled because of the strike).

We don't play seven of our first 10 on the road, either. We play six of our first 10 on the road -- it's just that our fourth home game isn't until Week 11. (In the first 10 weeks, we have three home games, six road games and a bye.)

The last team to play six of its first nine games on the road was ... us, in 2006.

Who, me? :) My thoughts were pure as the driven snow ... all imaginings above board, I [attempt to] assure you. LOL!

If we can survive the first quarter of the season it will come down to December as it always does for the teams that want to get it done.

I hate playing the Steelers at home. The last time they were here it was like a home game for them. Their fans travel very very very well.

I want to see a lot more of the blue unforms, I haven't been watching as long as most of you guys so can someone fill me in on why we don't? I hear it's just what Jerry wants us to wear but then I saw a few mentions about temperature so I have no idea why we seem to wear white all the time.

Also, I'm actually not upset about the amount fo road games to start it off, we are fresher at the beginning and we could used the advantage at the end which is when we tend to struggle a little. Plus we won't have to worry about going to PIT/Philly in the cold December weather and the Saints disruptive crowd.

That was also the old stadium. I know for a fact the SCDCFC (Southern California Dallas Cowboys Fanclub) is showing up to that game with 100-200 people. There will be inevitably a lot of black/yellow cockroaches, but it won't be like 04-05, imo.
