They play us twice and are deemed "better" than us so their 2 games are "easier' whereas our 2 games are deemed "harder" because we are the lesser team.

I know why on first reading, you'd think "surely a first place schedule means they have a tougher schedule' but those are just 3 of 17 games against what is deemed "same level as them" whereas the 2 games against us effectively lower their strength of schedule twice and increase ours twice.

That's a long answer from me just to say it's not an error, it does actually make sense when you break it down as I have.

You do realize that a lot of us don't like these the strength of schedule comes from what they saw last year tell me how every team is going to be the exactly the same and everything is going to fall out each game the same way it did last year for those teams no it did not and it will not I don't like the whole look the strength the schedule for the team playing yeah they haven't played yet this year the strike the schedule was last year..

The Eagles get to play the seven win Cowboys twice. The Cowboys face the 11 win eagles twice.

The OP chart is accurate in the fact that it goes by final records from 2025.

It doesn’t account for anything that has happened this year

Vegas (Sharps Analytics) actually has the cowboys facing the fifth most difficult schedule
This chart counts down from the easiest schedules to the hardest, meaning the Cowboys landing all the way down at 28 gives us the 5th-toughest schedule in the league based on Vegas projections

That's exactly right. This years team is not last years team and the strength of each team changes every week because of injuries.

I think last year it was projected that dallas would have a top 5 toughest schedule than after the season it ended up being top 3 easiest so this is pretty pointless like most said. Lol
