NFL Sundy Ticket question

I'm new to the Ticket, so I've got a couple of questions that I'm sure are easy ....

I signed up for the ticket when I had my system installed about 2 months ago. About 1 week ago, the 700's channels started showing up on my guide. Today, when I go to any of those channels, (it's 12:24 pm EST now, so no games have started), the games that are of local interest or nationally televised have the note "For ordering info, call cust. service X721". The other games just say "Press SELECT for ordering information".

I could just wait until 1:00pm and see what happens, but I'm not that patient. Do the games always show these notes before they start, or did my NFL Sunday Ticket order not get placed correctly? Luckily, the Dallas game is national today ....

Call them up to confirm everything is in order.

I had that problem last year where they billed me but never activated me.

You should be getting the pre-game shows on the direct tv football stations now..what do you see on channel 710 right now? (it's supposed to be Cowboys Huddle - but they're showing the CNS pregame show..grrr!)

I have an HD receiver, but I'm not paying for the HD NFL Ticket package, just the standard package.

On 710 I just get the menu screen saying that the "Huddle" is supposed to be on, but nothing's on.

Don't wait, call them. It should be showing Fox/NBC pregame on all the 700's right now.

Hit the reset button on your receiver.

And if that doesnt work call customer service 1-800-353-4388.

They may have to resend approval to your receiver, I just had a similar problem.

Cowboys Huddle was on at 11:30. The guide showed it lasting 90 minutes, which was wrong.

OK, things are working now.

Another question. I wanted to setup my Tivo to record the Eagles game, which starts in 8 minutes. When I hit record for ch 707, the screen came up and said it was pay-per-view with the option to go ahead and purchase & record now. Shouldn't that be covered by the Sunday Ticket? Is it not going to be possible to setup Tivo ahead of time to record Ticket games?
