NFL teams made more money but only because current contract not affected by ratings decline yet

Ratings have been on the decline for a number of years. And yet the NFL is still the biggest ratings generator on tv. And so TV contracts continue to go up.

It is for that reason that all those networks bid on the NFL. because advertisers that depend on tv marketing can be persuaded to pay big money for commercial spots.

Ratings decline is a garbage issue pointed to by people with an agenda that can't be discussed on this forum . TV ratings are declining because of no other reason than younger people consume media and sports very differently than older folks due to streaming and social media
I predict that in the next contract the NFL will make even more money and it has nothing to do with the idea that the current decline is not factored in the current contract
Someone gets it.

Offer ANY existing NFL franchise up for sale...then tell me you didn’t get multiple offers which indicated an EXTREME profit would be made over that respective franchise’s last sale price.

Yeah...the NFL’s losing money.
