..saying you could see this coming. Saints had priorities wrong, Saints should have lost to Commanders, should have lost to Atlanta missing Ryan and Turner, etc., etc.

Wait, I thought we had no chance?

Not to be rude, but ... Honestly, who cares? We just got the statement win we so desperately needed. Who cares about those knuckleheads?

Not a statement win, a win of necessity, it was the Titanic if they didn't win, two bergs lie just ahead as well.

It's not that anybody cares. It's just funny to see them back track after a whole week of not giving the Cowboys a chance. Now the Saints are slipping? Well, you never would've known it from the way they've been slobbering all over them for the last week.

They've eeked out a number of close wins over crappy teams, so they're a bit of a paper tiger. That doesn't diminish tonight's win, esp since it happened in their own backyard, but nobody would confuse them with the 2007 Pats.

This is true, but these same mediots wouldn't admit that until now. It does seem like they're trying to diminish the Cowboys accomplishment, but like someone else said, who cares?

...let em wail, lament and grind their teeth...it's of no consequence...they're going to twist and turn this inside out until next weekend but it's the Saints that will have to answer the tough questions...

It wasn't a necessity win.

But it was a huge win.

There are long dead and frozen dust mites clinging to the underside of abandonded mars probes, that I care about more than the NFL Total Access Guys.

Dukes trashed Romo for months, essentially blaming him for everything negative that has happened in Decembers past AND he nitpicked the heck out of Romo's interview with Irvin, twisting his words and "interpreting" them to fit his B.S. shock-mediot, narrative... he needs to make ammends for that crap if he hasn't already. Romo has been solid thru December so far.

No kidding.

almost as bad as the guy who called the post game show on the Ticket and said "this win did nothing to impress him....that the Commanders will be the real challenge...."
