NFL should set up a committee that takes care of players injured on rook deals.

If the NFL wants to use depressed wages in the form of rook contracts...then set up a committee that isn't corrupted that reviews rook contract injuries that are career ending and pay the players based off of a committees review of the players potential. Nothing earth shattering to the books but not nothing like today.


Pretty simple concept.

Rookie contracts are fully guaranteed, right? That's a few million right there. Most players have a college education, or close to it. Finish that out and get a job. They have a better start than 90% of the public.
