NFL Draft Countdown's Scott Wright is holding a chat at the moment and he has answered 1 cowboys related question. Here it is for those who are interested.

Q - What direction do you see Dallas going? What safety in round two would be the best fit for them?

Scott Wright - I definitely think safety is the top priority for Dallas and either Louis Delmas or Rashad Johnson would be a good fit if they were available. There is a good chance both will be gone by the time Dallas is on the clock though...

If these players are sitting at 51:

Duke Robinson
Louis Delmas
William Moore
Patrick Chung

Dallas will take Duke Robinson, imo. He's the number one player at his position, and Dallas needs a guard. A 22 year old All-American would add young blood and power to the offensive line. He played LG at Oklahoma. He should challenge to start for the 9-7 Cowboys.

Rashad Johnson will be a reach at # 51, imo. Bunting has him in the third round tier, and NFLDraftScout projects him in round three.

If you compare the guard to the safeties, it's not even close, imo. You take the guard. He's better than all the second round safeties. He's a safe pick.

You can get a safety later. Robinson is the best value, and he meets a need.

I'd be on the phone doing everything possible to acquire pick 52. If we get Duke and Louis Delmas, I'd be dancing.

As far as William Moore. it would depend on how my scouts feel about him. He was a beast as a Sophomore and Junior and seemed to regress last year. If I'm convinced his Senior Year was a fluke, I'd consider him a steal at 51.

The Patriots and Eagles and another team (can't recall) have gave Moore a ton of attention at the combine. He's interesting, but I think there is some risk there. You are right. The scouts will earn their money with him. You are right about him. He played great as a junior. He may be a little too bulky. I wonder if he would play better at 210. That is Brain Dawkins' weight.

Dallas really could use another 3rd rounder, imo. It would be nice to add one and keep both fourths.

Wouldn't be nice to have Eric Berry or Taylor Mays? OR BOTH
