According to Mike Lombardi, Adams may get signed this week by one of those two teams. He said either would make him the starting LT.

Said there was still a chance he could re-sign with Dallas, but unlikely.

I think Chris Williams is the starting LT next year for the Bears. I could see them bringing Flo in, but I'd move Williams to LT and give Flo a shot to start at RT.

Can someone please explain to me why?
Why can't we resign him?
Why can't he be given an opportunity to compete and earn the starting spot over Free.
Why would he take a guaranteed starting spot (don't believe that) on a non contending team, over a chance with a SB team?

Drive killer, so many 1st downs had to come back because of false starts and I cant take em anymore.

Just a guess BUT.....Maybe because Flo has been around the team a very long time now, he has a ton of close friends there im sure. If he were to lose the competition, and im sure he would, it may well cause division among the team. Not a good thing when striving for a championship. Just a guess though among other more obvios reasons.

It seems like once we have a good play called back because of a penalty we never recover and the drive stalls.

Wish him a lot of luck. We'll see him come home to retire a Cowboy in a few years.

People blame Flo for a lot of the penalties last yr, but correct me if I'm wrong, but it seemed as if Witten had just as many. Anyway, I think it was time to move on. I wish Flo the best of luck wherever he lands.

You might release a guy like Flo when you KNOW you have the heir apparent to replace him...AND...AND...AND when you have your backup LT also in place.

I like Free, but why not let him win the starting job over Flo and have two men to lock down one of the most important positions in football?

This has "nightmare" written all over it. Thanks Jerry!

So he basically doesn't know anything except the two teams that have shown interest in him.
