The day is starting off brilliantly with plenty of Irvin and Aikman chronicling the 1992 Boys journey. Man. My wife is going to be pissed. I've got the DVR set to record all day..lol It's a dual tuner DVR so she won't be that pissed... She will when she sees the space I take up on the drive after today is all said & done. Last game in the ol stadium... amazing history all day, big game tonight, then an amazing post game tribute to the historic Texas Stadium... WTG NFLN!!!

Treat a person as he is and he will remain as he is. Treat a person as he could be or should be and he will become what he could be or should be.

Since Time Warner doesn't carry NFLN and I'm weary of satellite's prices, I'll instead be going to the NMSU-UTEP basketball game tonight and getting updates on my phone.

How great a life is that...ugh

Those 3 hour long shows were great. Wish they would've shown the pass interference against Irvin - one play away from being the greatest sports dynasty ever.

Heck uva Cowboy fan you are.

Here it is by the numbers since it's verrrry complicated.

1.Go to a sports bar. Call in advance to make sure they're planning to have the boys on all sets.
2.Get there early to get a decent seat.
3.Order dinner, in stages... slowly....order a beer....sip through 3 beers.
4.Quit whining.

Alternatively, you could get Direct TV, FIOS or any other area provider that has NFL Network or watch the game steamed on NFL.Com, but then again you'd lose the right to the sympathy of having to go out of your way to watch your favorite team.

I'm sure as a big Cowboy fan you knew all this, but who on this forum did you think would be sympathetic.

I'd never seen the America's Game episodes before and so I really enjoyed the final Superbowl with Woodson, Moose, Larry Brown, and Rich Dalrymple.

It's funny cuz the distractions they faced that last year with Barry looks very similar to what they've gone through this year.

I'm sympathetic because my DirecTV dish was messed up by some roofers and won't be repaired until after Christmas. No one I know has NFLN and I hate bars of any kind, including sports bars. I hope to find a live stream that doesn't have interruptions, but nothing is like being able to DVR the festivities at the last game at Texas Stadium. Horrible timing by those roofers, although my new roof is beatiful.

Have you thought about just calling a Satellite repair person instead of DTV? I needed my satellite repaired after Ike and DTV said they couldn't come out for about 14 days or so. I looked in the yahoo yellow pages and called somebody. They came out the next day.

I prefer my games boiled, not steamed.

My butt would be on the roof fixing that thing.

Unfortunately we just had a big storm and the repair folks can't access the roof because of snow and ice. When it rains (or snows) it pours.
