Its a home game so home announcers right? I really dont mind homer announcers so much, it can be fun picking out the dumb comments. But I just need help identifying the players I want to see and Mickey and whats his face do that.

Also, NFLN has the Dallas VS Minny game live and Mayock does their games, hes good

I think the Cowboys are simulcasting Babe and Brad on both the radio and the local tv coverage.

What the hell is their policy w/ this?

The Niners announcers werent bad, but this is 3 weeks of Anti-Cowboy coverage.

I got the Cowboys announcers for about 5 minutes of the game.....

I doubt Favre plays that game.

So Tavaris Jackson will dismantle us then.:)

I thought they were comically bad. The play-by-play guy kept leaving out words, saying the wrong words or just saying something completely incorrect (Romo was "acquired before the trade deadline" -- huh?). Then he said Romo took over for Bledsoe "during the two thousand and season." Two thousand and season?

The funniest part was when the analyst said something about a couple of 49ers and called them "those two girls."

And they completely skipped the first three minutes of that drive. Not to mention that the picture was a little messed up when they were using the Cowboys' announcers.

yep same thing here. I finallly found the cowboys coverage game on fsn last night, about 7 pm, was leaving hostile some notes on some posts, so I forgot about it, sorry, my bad. So, I recorded it finally. The game saturday night wouldnt let me record it on my dvr for whatever reason.

Maybe DC or theebs can find it for you zoners and let you know where it is.

Was on 676 FSSW on direct tv at 7 pm. They cut it down to 2 hour show though.

I caught that too. :laugh2: He also called Kosier 'Kozar'. Ah well............football's finally here.

BTW - was that Ronnie Lott in the booth, muggin' the camera when the SF guy was talking about their new stadium??

I noticed all of that. It seemed to me like they were either trying to rush the commentary, fit 12 different things in within each play, or they really didn't know what they were talking about. Their speech was bad, yes, but they sounded like they didn't know a lick about football.

Especially how they kept repeating that Hill needed to throw the ball low and to the outside? How many times did they say that, 50?

He made a little snarky comment right before the game started that the Cowboys Stadium was impressive but that a "storied franchise" like the 49ers deserved something like that too.

Get new owners then. Try winning more with a better product on the field. Make headlines for reestablishing that tradition instead of being known more for your coach dropping his pants. Until then, tolerate renovating that Candlestick dump you all play in.

I don't see how they can avoid playing him for at least a series.

He's going to play, I believe a half tonight.

Do they really think a half plus a series or two a week ago is going to prepare him to play after he sat out most of camp catfishing?

Ive gotten used to sloppiness, but they didnt seem too homerific. And the play by play guy actually had some good info. Its hard to watch late in these games when you cant tell whos in.

I was wondering where this Felix near 94 yard run was everyone was talking abouy. They cut off most of the best drive.
