Same for me, especially when I seen some sideline footage of the idiot RB coach Brown.
I wanted him gone for years. Finally happened.

There will be the same FO, true enough.

But the personnel will be significantly different. Possibly two new starters on OL. New FB. New starting TE. New 3rd receiver.

On defense possible three new starting DL, a new safety, a new CB at least. That's about 40% change among the starters.

Absolutely MM can, and will, change the culture here. MM won't be afraid to pull players that aren't performing. He took a year off and studied the entire NFL. You can bet he's got a whole new outlook on things and he's got something to prove...
