Wasn't this hearing scheduled for yesterday?? There is a lot of talk regarding the deflategate hearing but I haven't seen anything regarding the Peterson hearing.

Doty doesn't sound pleased with Goodell

They are lucky he isn't hearing the Brady appeal. This may still help Hardy.

I found an interesting tidbit that said the League only took 3 game checks from Peterson and not 6. They haven't pressed the issue since he was reinstated.

I think that means the NFLPA absolutely has a case. If they had taken 0 checks, then the NFL could argue there wasn't any punishment (though I still see the Commissioner's List as being one), and they just decided on no suspension. Since they took checks, they need to follow the court order, or get a stay until their appeal is heard.
