That's what I thought when I first seen this. Someone has to take the blame. But looking more into it, it kind of makes sense. He actually determined that Tua stumbling around in the Buffalo game was in fact not due to a neurological issue. That's pretty bad.
This guy explains a lot of this stuff. According to him, it takes 2-4 weeks to completely recover from a concussion. That concussions aren't really the problem. The problem is having another concussion before fully recovering from the last.
