It became clear early on that he was over his head as HC and he wasn't long to be with the Bears. Eberflus is just one of those who is a better assistant than head coach.

Ehh, no worries there. He's now coaching for an organization with strong leadership top to bottom. He'll be surrounded by determined and selectively aggressive ownership, top notch management, a wildly experienced head coach, and paired with defensive depth at every faze. Being a DC, and Flus has done his best work focusing on the Defense.

Not concerned that man probably was stressed out, so take a load off and find some creative ways to unleash Micah and everything will be fine
