This make me think that they are not going to dismiss due to jurisdiction issue. Because if they were, why would they want briefs on the case and set November as the date? If they were going to dismiss the case and say the NFL is right about the jurisdiction issue and punt it to the NY courts, why would they then want briefs to be filed for a November hearing?
Maybe I am just reading too much into this, but I would lean heavily in to thinking they are not going to dismiss on jurisdiction grounds now.
