Ngakoue to the Vikings

Seems good for both parties, Vikings get a younger replacement for Griffen and the Jags get compensation for a player, who imo, was not going to play for them.

In a vacuum, I’d deal a second and fifth for Ngakoue to play here, but I’m not sure if I’d want to pay what the Vikes will to keep him beyond this season.

Good overall deal. Ngakoue is a very good pass rusher, but he has warts. At his best, he is similar to what Quinn was last year. Probably just as bad as a run defender. IMO he is just below what I would consider elite, but I think the compensation was right for him

Interesting the Jags are definitely going to try to go 1-15 to 3-13 and get Trevor.

Yeah that caught me off guard too. I'm guessing the same way they reworked Tyrone Smith's contract for this year? I'm just not sure how they would do it on a one year deal.
