This guy put together a heck of a game plan and covered what are obvious holes the majority to the game. It wasn't perfect but it was better than it has been

Coverages were more complex today, but we blitzed a lot less. You'll probably like him for the rest of this year and next season if he remains at DC. But after that you'll want him gone. Trust me, I've been thru this too many times.

I credit Garrett more than anything. I think he put in place a lot of things he didn't like about the defense and with us going to pads this week, the defense was disciplined and tackled pretty well.

yes i seen alot more physical hits and play this week. I still saw a couple plays that ticked me off like the Eli Manning broke ratliff tackle when he was about to get sacked.

Bryan McCann
Orlando Scandrick
Alan Ball

Those guys made some plays today.

McCann went yard, and Ball saved the game...

Phillips' scheme was getting exposed this year....Too much man coverage and blitzes not getting home... Phillips just kept blitzing..

It looked like the zones protected our secondary today...

Still 3 days of practice isn't much to have to call a game. Garrett at least already was the OC

That stuff can happen. Particularly in today's game where they have de-clawed defenders when it comes to tackling the QB. A big difference today was that this was by far and away Spencer's most disciplined game of the season. I think he knew that if he pulled stunts like that today, he was getting benched.

I was impressed. But Bluebandit posted a new thread, saying Pasqualoni doesn't have the right look, so darn, sounds like the Cowboys defense is doomed. Lol, all kidding aside, I thought the Boys defense played solid all night long.

Gotta give credit to Pauly P. Called a heck of a game today and shut down the mighty Giant offense and held them to just 20 points. Not a bad days work. People may want to lay off him a bit now. The guy knows his stuff.. and its not just because of this game.
