SDogo;3732879 said:Is there anyone or anything about the Cowboys you like? Perhaps it would be easier if you just listed them because I'm sure the list is short.:laugh2:

Romo, Kitna, Choice, Felix, Miles, Dez, Free, Gurode, Kosier, Spears, Ratliff, Ware, Spencer, Jenkins, Newman, McBriar.
Everyone else has been pretty dissapointing this year.

UnoDallas;3732897 said:he will have to take a big pay cut IMO to be our third WR next year
2011: $5,109,971, 2012: $6.802 million
know way know how do I pay him this much
esp when I can a rookie to have the same numbers as Roy
he off still off my team tho
an yet every time he got a first down out comes that alligator arm
The30YardSlant;3732910 said:Well compared to what? The abortions that were 2008 and 2009?
Yes, he has played well compared to the years where he was a constant detriment to the team's success. He's gone from worthless to the highest paid fourth receiving option in league history.

Again, Jerry Jones the GM signed him to the contract, if you want to be mad at someone then he's your guy. Roy Williams is still a very good WR.

The30YardSlant;3732939 said:I'd much rather have a less talented fourth receiving option so long as they were consistent. Not to mention we could pay him about a fifth of what we pay Williams.
For instance, I'd much rather have Crayton than RW. Is Crayton as talented? No, not even close. But you know what? Crayton was a good route runner who typically had sure hands and wasnt always having his named called for the wrong reasons. In seven seasons here, his poor play played a significant role in exactly ONE loss. Roy is good for at least one of those a year.
RoyTheHammer;3732925 said:Lucky nobody cares if he's off your fantasy team or not.. :laugh2:
RoyTheHammer;3732949 said:As for consistency, he's been the most consistent WR we have on this team this season.

It's nice to see who a topic can be started about that would invoke some positive responses.
