He just signed a 2 yr 19m extension Nov 30th through the 2026 season… about a 2m raise on the contract he was playing under!

I wonder why they chose to first compare Chubb to Derrick henry, whose not had any knee tears ?

If anything, i thought they'd use Barkley as a better example, in the ACL tear he suffered while with the NYG,... but he successfully return and got
into a vastly much better support group with Philly.

And from what i had gathered Chubb did not just suffer a knee injury, but it was so significant it reported as ACL, MCL, and meniscus.
I'd only consider a vet Chubb who has obvious wear & tear toll on his body, if there was a rash of injuries to our RB unit, and sign him to a vet minimum at the least.

He would be a nice sign for someone with stability at the position.

Saw some flashes last year. Not sure what output was expected out of him being on a team picking number two in 2025. That oline was atrocious.

Chubb would have been a good choice he runs the way Marion Barbour used to,very violent beast of a running back.

I agree. I like the Brooks kid from Texas Tech if we draft him late. Then earlier I like Devin Neal.

TWO major knee reconstructions, 75% chance of being injured during 2025 season, and projected to miss (3) games. Sounds like a guy Jerry will sign-up for.
