chubb got traded for 1 + more. If that isn’t a game changing trade then I don’t know what you think is. And yes, these big deals don’t happen very often but clearly they do happen at times.

The value received doesn't mean much. We traded a crap ton of picks for Joey Galloway and it was a bad trade. Then we repeated it years later with Roy Williams. Were those game changing moves? Of course not.
