I think Sam Bradford thinks if he plays well he'll get a 60M Guaranteed contract so he has no need to sign a peanuts deal, and the Eagles aren't in a rush to sign him to that until he plays well. Case of a player betting on himself like Flacco.

Bradford would still be there if he could play more than a college season in the NFL. that is what held up the Rams signing him to an extension and ultimately got him traded
