He was a pretty good back in high school but I see why he's now a full back. Old school turn back the clock fullback who can block and catch a pass and get the tough yards when needed. He is physical and willing. Do we have room for him on the final 53?

I think we'll carry him as the third back. Dowdle is on IR. The two rookies haven't been that impressive, and can be kept on the PS if necessary. Ralston would be the fullback and emergency back behind Zeke and Pollard. He gives us special teams snaps too.

That seems logical then that he could be on the team. I like him and think a versatile fb would be a benefit and asset to this squad.

Exactly!

Id add that Ralston can be a nice change up weapon. Not gonna command much attention in our offense.

Yeah, we can have a full house backfield with Zeke, Pollard and Ralston and run the gullwing, or is that the hambone?

I sure hope so. I think this team has sorely missed both the toughness and versatility that a quality fullback can bring.

Darius Jackson is also available.

Yes he does, he’s down there on ST’s, does some dirty work, understands his role. He’s McCarthys Kuhn. Kuhn ended career at 6 ft 250, I can see him eventually putting up those 13 pounds. He was GB’s 3rd back/Fullback.
