I don't know the guys IQ... Maybe he tries too hard, but for some reason he has a propensity for penalties that doesn't follow most other tightends, be it those with a lower skill level or the other top TE's in the game.

WE should cut him because he hurts more than he helps.

my nitpicks:

• new year same habits; you get in the red zone and here comes the negative plays. Last night Witten with the hold, and Romo with the sack. Its almost predictable that it will happen. Lack of discipline, both the players and coaches are equally responsible.
• Romo wasting some great pass protection; perhaps he has never experienced this and it confused him, or the WR stopped because they're used to the ball having to be out quickly or Romo sacked, whatever it is, its inexcusable.
• settling for FG's..... offside penalties; things that will get you beat.
