My first reaction was like everyone else .. why give up two 5th round picks to move up one spot.

Then it occurred to me .. Miami might have been planning to trade with another team and that team would get Downs so the Cowboys traded up to make sure they got him.

Of course Miami might have lied to get the Cowboys to make the deal.

My guess is the Cowboys will trade 20 down a few spots to pick up picks to compensate.

we can't even hit consistency on our 2nd rounders. Could care less about two 5ths. we need impact defenders.
