My guess in order of likelihood.

1) Stephen Jones- His son and obvious heir to the throne.

2) Troy Aikman- The QB the lead Dallas to 3 Super Bowl wins. Very well spoken, and respected by all.

3) Micheal Irvin?- Of all former players JJ is probably with him, major unapologetic homer for Dallas... I have to say, this would leave Jerry and Dallas open for major ridicule. Dallas has a reputation for bringing in criminals and problem player, in large part because of Irvin. Given Irvin's current issues (false or not) it wouldn't be a good look...

4) Parcels???- I guess... extremely well respected...

It's Michael.

MICHAEL.

I'd be happy to announce him myself as long as he agreed to retire

Of course well-known jerry and garret apologist Idgit would be beside himself if either of them left

I'm thinking Stephen at this point. Timing couldn't be better- considering Stephen has started to progressively get more face time each of the past few years and is now the heir apparent to Jerry's "throne".
