That is how stupid this coaching staff is. They had no intention to play Romo, so Bollinger should have been the #2 QB.

Actually, that is just the first 3 quarters. The 3rd QB can enter during the 4th quarter without injuries to the other 2 QB's.

Bollinger definitely should have been brought in toward the end. We didn't have anything to lose and he could have gotten some game time.

Why would a game evaluate a player? They OBV use preseason and practice as reason to make their decision
