Jerry makes the decision who Garrett's coaches will be, not Garrett.......look no further than how Garrett was hired to be the offensive coordinator before Wade Phillips was named the headcoach......every other team in the NFL hires a headcoach and lets the headcoach fill out the staff he wants......
