No Conspiracy Theory Just A Question

This is not one of those conspiracy theory posts where BP knew we played better on the road, or wanted the tougher teams to beat up on each other while we eased in thru the back door type deals. But all of that said is it not just a little bit odd that Parcells and quite a bit of the players seem so blah blah about losing in December, headed into the playoffs, and playing like crap? Is there any chance he's got a bag of tricks or ace up his sleeve for the playoffs since we'd gotten in already. The love of the game has either passed him by or we're gonna see a heck of a playoff run. Guess I'm looking for the Blue and Silver lining.

Side note and seriously does Parcells not seem like the same guy since his brother died?

Well who knows what he's really thinking although if he *didnt* think at least somewhat about the big picture and possible match-ups down the road I would think that wouldnt be very smart either.

It's like saying if you could hand pick your opponents in the regular season, would you purposely choose ones you knew you could deal with more easily or would you choose ones that presented bigger problems to your schemes/personnel?
