Guys, I dont want to sound cocky or anything, but there is no way we should not go 5-0.

I have been looking over the rosters for the Rams and the Bills (along with injury reports), and we should have them "bagged and tagged" at halftime.

Rams will be starting a rookie HB and the Bills a rookie QB.

If we lose to either one of these teams, we will have no chance against the Pats.

Or it works the exact opposite, and we come out swinging and hit them straight in the mouth and take the game away before they know it.

We better win the Bills game.

That's a long road trip for me.
I wanted to go to this game. Was going to ride Harleys to the game with Jarv. But I spent too much on my Summer vacation to San Antonio. Way too much.

Again-don't count your chickens before before your eggs our hatched.

While I'm somewhat confident about the Rams game(b/c it's at home, and it's been 3 weeks since we've played at home, so the crowd will really be pumped up), the Bills game will nonetheless be a toughy b/c 1) It's on Mon Night in their back yard, and 2) Noone may not have enough game tape et al on that QB, rookie or not, which scares me. If anything, we KNOW that Losman sucks(and he's been throwing everyone under the bus recently), which is why I was hoping he was healthy.

I was supposed to go to buffalo with all my friends but all the scalpers bought one season ticket in april so they could have the option of buying individual tickets for any game, so they all bought the max to the Dallas Game.

The prices for seats are ridiculous. I have never payed more than face value to go to a bills game and I never would. People who payed those prices from scalpers should be ashamed of themselves. They enable those morons.

Its pretty sad when people in Upstate New York who are Bills fans cant get seats to the stadium the first five minutes they go on sale because they knowingly sold them all to scalpers. I have two friends who are so discouraged with the way they sell tickets that they are almost rooting for them to lose....pretty sad when They have been die hard fans all their life, in good and bad. Nice to know a schmuck in Chicago can buy 15 tickets, plus a season ticket therefore accounting for 16 tickets to the cowboys game and then sell his 50 dollar seats for 250 on ebay.

Good luck to the bills, I am enjoying their losing.

If we are the elite team we want our 3-0 record to mean, we win the next 2 games against two 0-3 teams. Hope for blowouts in both games, but will take any win we can get. If only game we lose is to NE, we can go 7-1 into the bye week looking pretty good. Doubt anyone would have expected that to happen.

Hopefully not overworking team in TC & no big injuries produces lot of wins in last half of season. We play NFC East teams 5 times in our last 9 games; 5 of our 9 games are away with 4 at home. If we win 5 minimum out of those 9, we could end up at least 12-4 which wins us NFC East & at least 2nd seed in playoffs.

All the above means nothing, if we falter and don't play well or suffer a major injury.

I wouldnt say we wouldnt have a chance against the Pats if we lost one of these teo. But we should be 5-0.

Maybe I'm just nuts, but anyone else kinda wish we were playing the Pats in their house instead? I guess the recent Cowboys haven't given me much faith in their ability to win important/hyped home games against quality teams. On the road however, we've been pretty lights out dating back to last season. Maybe simply due to the lack of distractions (as Julius alluded to) and the "back against the wall" mentality.

Crowd noise over there would lead to extra penalties. So I would say no.

There are many more reasons... but I will go with that as quick answer

At lunch today, a pats fan who is a great needler, was making light of my Cowboy flags flying in front of my house, and of course I responded something about Belicheat. He went on to claim Owens was the dirt of the universe, while Randy Moss was sitting on God's right hand.

Of course, the Cowboys record is built upon three worthless teams. I went on to explain that two of the three were playoff teams, but that didn't matter. So, my tack with him will be to agree that the Cowboys have no chance against a team that has blown away the Jets, the Chargers, the Bills, the Bengals, and the Browns. I will keep pumping up his false hopes, and I think Dallas can give the Pats a heck of a battle. I will fly one of my Cowboys flags in his front yard if Dallas wins.

We should beat those teams easilly but that's not what always happens. In the NFl you take week by week, and anything can happen.

The saints looked like world beaters last year and look att hem now. Brees is on a huge meltdown, Bush is in the top 5 worse running backs list and that good coaching is going out the window.

just hope We stay on fire and dont cool off anytime soon..Last year we went through the same thing, dont forget.

I think these next two games are going to tell alot about what type of team we've got here. These are teams we should beat but Cowboys squads in the past have been known to drop games they should win (just look at Detroit last season). If this team is the top team in the NFC and disciplined enough to make a deep run in the playoffs then they will win these next two games and remain undefeated going into the game against the Pats. Alot of people overlook these two teams but I think that these two games will be very indicitive of what type of squad we have. Will thet overlook and look past to the big game against the Pats or will they have the discipline to knock St. Louis and Buffalo in the mouth like they're expected to.

Would anybody else like to see "Leapin'" Leonard hurdle one of our defenders, only to be TRUELY welcomed into the NFL by Roy Williams? hehe Ok, that may be asking a lot, but...it'd be great to see :)

I don't know. I'd still be more comfortable on the road myself. Just going by what I feel about this team in particular. They scare me when they admit to being distracted at home. And it showed in our record. We were humiliated at home a few times last year while we got some great victories on the road with Romo at the helm. The losses we DID have were due to our own fluke-ish errors at the end of the games. But we were always competitive.

Overall, seeing that star in the middle of the field pretty much scares me. ;)

I'll be at the Bills game as well with my Haley jersey on. It got ugly the last time I was there.
