There needs to be a coup on this entire coaching staff

Maybe so but there is no way Jerry eats Garrett's contract especially with Romo in his twilight years. We have seen older QB's around the league struggle for a year in new systems and we only have 2 maybe 3 left with Romo.

I have railed on the Ginger Clapper as much as anyone and more than some.

With that said...I noticed he was not clapping as much during this game when they would flash to the sidelines after a bad or missed play. He just looked kind of lost and shell shocked for the most part when they would show him.

Tell me do your house lights turn on when Red claps?

I remember QC getting us to a playoff game while JG can't win a game with 2 QBs that were probably better than QC.

You're arguing Quincy Carter?

Ok, here's who they played.

Atl 5-11 lost
Jets 6-10
Arz 4-12
Det 5-11
TB 7-9 lost
Buf 6-10
NE 14-2 lost
Car 11-5
Mia 10-6 lost
NO 8-8 lost
They swept NY and Wash who had a combined record of 9-23 and split with Philly.

So I guess you're right, Parcells did win a game or two against a team over .500. Canton!

Funny how Detroit is cleaning house after there 11-5 season and there should have beaten us campaign. While JG gets a pass because we lost Romo. If he was a good coach he could have at least managed one win without him.

yet none of this mattered last year when we won 12 games + a playoff game.
Everyone sucks when you're losing.

Just my opinion but the sign of a really good coach is one that can pull a team from the depths of a losing streak and get them right back on the path of winning. JG coaches only as good as Romo plays. There has to be a point where JG (as a coach) can make other players better, or master mind a strategy for replacement player(s) to compete well enough to win. Personally I don't think players are responding to his message anymore.
He did have all the players in place last year and by the skin of his teeth won a playoff game with Romo's talent.

One more loss and Garrett will start showing some emotion. Yesterday he looked pissed inside but held it in. See how much it takes to break the clapper.

I noticed him chewing gum when they showed him. Maybe he forgot how to clap and chew gum at the same time.

Garrett is a very understanding HC. If you mess up he'll give you a heart felt supportive clap, hand you a spiffy shirt with some inspirational message and then drive everyone over to Chuck E. Cheese for some consolation pizza. There's even a rumor that he's gonna hand everyone a participation ribbon at the end of the year, cuz gosh darn, they're all winners!

How many 13 win seasons did Parcells stubbornness and "fear" get us while he was here? I appreciate what Parcells did here but the way you guys bring him up is if he gave us 3 championships. His coaching wasn't flawless.

That six losses in a row is unacceptable and changes will be made. Not "I'm proud of these guys" that's idiotic and insulting

What does it matter what he says to the media? Shouldn't it matter what he's saying to the players? Fans always put so much stock into what coaches and players say in the media and I never understood it.

it did which means either we have no idea how to pick up backups who actually can play or our coaches have no idea how to adapt. I'm not sure which is worse.

Lee is a cornerstone of the defense and is able to run it well. His replacement went down, too, which made things worse. You punch enough holes in a bucket and it won't carry water.
