According to the new conduct policy it will be another 10 game suspension. It states:

* For the Conduct Policy governing the other 31 teams, please click: HERE

* In Regards to the Dallas Cowboys Conduct Policy:

1. If player is found not guilty, suspension shall be 8 games.
2. If player's case is thrown out of court and all charges dropped, suspension shall be 10 games.
3. If player is found guilty of a misdemeanor, suspension shall be a lifetime ban.
4. If player is found guilty of a felony, suspension shall follow capitol punishment guidelines for Texas.
5. If player is a superstar player and important to the success of the Cowboys, suspension shall have an additional 5 games added to the suspension outlined above. In the case of a guilty verdict on a felony, player shall be pinched roughly before receiving their lethal injection.

These guidelines are subject to change in the case of Dallas looking like they will make the post season or if the game against the Giants is close to the suspension.

In a just world, Goodell would do us a favor and drop the hammer on him and force this team to stop considering him as a viable option at the position and then we would be forced to look for a quality back in this draft.

But since he has it out for us, he will get no punishment and the natural course of events of our poor roster evaluation skills will be allowed to take their destructive course.
