No formatting toolbar

Always thought it was weird Cowboyszone didn't have a formatting toolbar. Apparently it's just me. I don't see one regardless which browser I use, and have never seen one since day 1 of being a user on this site. Is there a way to fix this?

What do you mean by "formatting toolbar"? Are you talking about when you post?

If so, go to your Preferences page and make sure to check the Use the rich text editor to create and edit messages box and click the Save Changes button.
