This is where you are wrong.. Jerry wants total control.. Jerry cares about selling the cowboys brand. Not winning Championships if he doesn't get any credit for winning it. Thats why good coaches wont come to Dallas.. Bill Parcells was the last of them.

Unfortunately, that is the situation we are in. Another Al Davis fiasco in the NFL. As long as people by tickets to the games and jerseys, Jerry will be fine with this. Look at the Chicago Cubs. Romo will never see a Super Bowl.

That is why the most important hiring and firing is the one that wont happen.

Top coaching candidates will be tripping over themselves to get to cleveland and kc, places where a new gm is going to be installed and a whole new regime.

It will be table scraps for jerry as always. If wade is gone, something dumb like brian billick or jim fassel will be hired.
