I really don't know why this is but this team has no back bone. Everything from allowing teams to constantly convert third and longs, Not playing up to the level of their competition and simply acting like it's not a big deal is pathetic.

I do not know if it is the character of the players we have (I hate to think that) or if it is the coach. I know this, Wade is not a good coach and he doesn't command respect. Players like him but they don't respect him. If so they wouldn't lay down at the end of the year.

Jason Garret has proven to be a huge disappointment. Running the ball with MB 3 4 times from the one just shows a lack of imagination. Folk needs to see a shrink as well because his head is screwed up. A FG kicker who can't hit on average FG attempts is a liability.

I would like to see Jerry take his private jet to Charlotte and offer STUPID money to Cowher and fire Wade tomorrow along with Garrett. Just let Romo call the plays in the huddle for the rest of the year. It can't be any worse.

Plug in Jason Williams in the middle

He needs to make a statement and wake some people up....really what is there to lose at this point?

Play Jason Williams. He will struggle. So what. Get him some reps; get his speed/athleticism on the field so he can hit the field running next year.

I agree 100% with getting Jason Williams on the field. But in the end, we need a change of culture at Valley Ranch. We need a coach who will command respect AND fear.

jerry needs to stop paying a lot of these players. he's been giving out big money, setting them up for life. where's the motivation in december? have we ever used the franchise tag? even we as fans are quick to wonder when a contract is going to get done when guys are having great years.
