No Kicking Coach = Cowboy Kicking Problems?

When the Cowboys were one of the only teams to keep a kicking coach they seemed to consistently find "diamonds in the rough" and were pretty consistent in the kicking department for the most part. Parcells comes in, fires the kicking coach immediately and what happed? The kicking game has been in the toilet since.

Maybe it's just a coinsidence, but I doubt it.

That kicking coach brought us the likes of Time Seder, Billy Cundif, etc... His diamond in the rough luck had run out.
