No learning curve here. I think this is a good hire. You guys who want a "fresh young coach" get to wait on that. I say bringing WP in is the best move. You get a coach who thrives in 3-4 and will make Ware a candidate for DPOY. I cant wait to see what he does with RW. The offense will be as good or better next year and Garrett Will help Romo alot. All in all, GOOD MOVE JERRY!!!!
