Simple formula. See you next year folks. We just lost our MVP. Lee - Connor is a bigger dropoff than Romo to Orton, Ware to Butler etc; this is the nightmare scenario.

Please mean it.

Losing a guy with 20 sacks a year, is way worse than losing a player with zero.

Weren't you the one calling me a Dez hater for proclaiming Lee the better draft pick days after the draft.. :)
I doubt it.

Why are you sttil here? It's not next year.

49ers lost Willis last year - Playoffs
Texans lost Cushing this year - 5-2

Lee is a HUGE loss, but it's not season ending.. hopefully.

I think some people on here are overrating Lee. Not gonna say he sucks or isn't a good player. But he's not Ware or Ratliff who are probably much more important to our success on defense. Also our DBs are much more improved. Lee is a heck of a LB and hope he can have some healthy years with us. But honestly with our DBs playing much better this year it'll come down to the front 7 getting enough pressure to cause mistakes from other teams because our DBs have covered much better this year for the most part.

Offense needs to play much better here on out. And when Murray gets back that'll help. Romo made some solid decisions the last couple of games for the most part. Much better than he did against Chicago or Seattle.

Lee is arguably the most important player on this defense, even more than Ware.

you're definately a Dez hater. you don't wait for someone to post Dez > Austin and then argue against it like a rational fan would, you actively start threads or hijack them with, "Dez sucks" and "we should trade him now."

And I'm sorry while Lee is clearly our 2nd best player on D, there may be just as big a drop off from Spencer to Butler as Lee to Conor, so going from Ware to Butler would be far more devastating.

Cushing has only missed a few games. GB crushed them & they crushed the Ravens. They'll miss him but not as much as if JJ got hurt.

He missed some games a year or so ago too when he got suspended. I'm not sure how that panned out team wise.

Lee is a huge loss but if the Cowboys beat the Giants a lot of these "woe is us" threads and posts will disappear.

I bet you they don't.

No they won't. We won't win in a way that pleases some people on here and the same threads will continue.
