It sounded like Mayock's voice was going out last night. I'm watching NFLN and they have Mack Brown as an analyst.

Without Berman and Jackson, I like watching the espn crew.

I remember many years ago, they had Jimmy Johnson on espn's draft coverage. It was pure gold.

As a Longhorn fan I thought it was fantastic that Mack Brown introduced the Colt Mccoy pick... and that Shipley will be playing right down the road in Cincinnati. Maybe Mack Brown can hype up the benefits of playing at Texas and drum up some more recruits with this free air-time.

That's why I'm not watching it. I can't tolerate his whiny, high-pitched old man voice. They asked him about the talent they get at Texas and he said "it's all about evaluation." Oh brother. Texas gets nearly any 5-star recruit they want. All he has to do is call. A lot of the other schools have to scrap and evaluate to find guys that fit their style.

Man, I feel sorry for the guy, he sounds terrible. Too bad, was looking forward to him talking. Corey is not bad, but I trust Mayock's opinion a lot. Davis is pretty good too actually.

Mayock is a yeller. He needed to take it easy so he could be there for the long haul.

I don't see him coming back today. If he sounds even worse after a whole night of rest, then it's not going to get any better.
