Offense and defense.

They dink and dunked on offense, up and down the field all night. We tightened up to not allow TD, but really couldn’t stop anything between the 20s.

They were ultra aggressive on defense all night. Blitzes and constant press coverage; all while we sat back and allowed 5 yards of cushion the whole game.


Coaching most definitely matters. It’s embarrassing how badly out-coached we were tonight.

I don’t like our soft D cushion approach. But 12 pts, 4 FGs, I’ll take that every time.

This game was lost on the other side of the ball. I did not see a creative plan, not as many stunts on Offense, did we even USE motion pre-snap? I genuinely don’t recall seeing it. And when you just keep running you workhorse into brick walls, you’re asking for trouble.

I see a coaching staff that saw Gallup out, Cooper at less than 100%, and just had no faith in any passes that stretch the field.

Too bad... with a creative scheme, I think we win this one...
