Ok. So those who believe that—give up. It’s not some passive aggressive response (completely) it just seems like the logical choice .

Or is the goal for everyone to hear the cries and offer sympathy? Or to bring others down?
Or both?
If you don't like it, why not just pass up posting in an obviously negative toward the team thread? A lot of fans were starting to believe for the first time in a long time and then this gutless effort shows up in a nationally televised game that effectively sends us on the road in the playoffs where we do not do well.

I see the usual people saying relax we will be back. I do not see it that way. When you get beat early in the season the way the boys got beat today. Yes you can comeback. Your still establishing your identity. By this time I’m the season. You are who you are. Soft in the middle. The safeties are sub par, have been ever since Roy Williams. Talk about your running backs, talk about you MaZi’s another Wolverine bust. This team needs to draft an elite safety in round 1. This team was demolished. They got hit in the mouth and walked off the fields looking like chumps.
Right now the Cowboys players have consumed numerous cocktails and are reading CZ posts laughing their butts off. You don’t know “sub par” anymore than I do. Safeties…as if you would know. Tough opponent, tough loss. None of it is worth jumping off a bridge over.

How does one give up? If your a fan you love football and the Cowboys. I've been a fan since I can remember. I cheered Staubach on vs the Broncos in SB XII, I watched the team toward the end of the Landry years when I knew a change needed to happen. The early-mid 90's were amazing. Now I have that feeling(despite the past few years of success) that something needs to change. How do I just quit? Don't I have the right to criticize what I feel is wrong with this team?

Fatalist...fire Quinn...fire McCarthy. Cut a few players. Kidnap Jerry Jones.

Optimist...relax...road...letdown game...Bills needed it more...Hankins out...crowd noise...Martin out...player illness.

Realist...The Cowboys don't have a road-warrior mentality. Quinn's defense again shows a disturbing and inexplicable inability to stop the run. Cowboys must now win three consecutive road games to reach the Superbowl. Pretty tall task given what happened on Sunday.

Personal take...At this point, as it pertains to Quinn, I can take him or leave him. The Dallas offense is definitely different on the road...which doesn't bode well AT ALL for the playoffs. It's hard for me to see the 2023 Cowboys reaching a Superbowl after this recent debacle. They don't run well and they don't pass as good as they do when at home. You can lose in a letdown game but you can't surrender 266 rushing yards and get blown out. And now the media hacks will descend and brand them once again as a team that can only beat scrubs. A team you JUST CAN'T TRUST at the end of the day.

As much as I hate to write it...the 49ers look like a team headed to a Superbowl. The Cowboys look like a team destined for an early exit for a third consecutive year.

The Cowboys will be underdogs at San Francisco no matter if they had beaten Buffalo or not. Relax and enjoy the season. We made the playoffs for the third straight season. If all you are is looking forward to a divisional playoff loss, I can’t do anything for you. We can beat anybody but it is going to be tough. Enjoy the ride.
Is your measuring stick, making the playoffs?

Shouldn’t it be winning the SB?

Fans like you are why nothing has changed.

Our last championship team never took a beating like we saw tonight or against San Francisco in week five. Our last championship team didn’t suck on the road and they didn’t quit in games. There’s no comparison between our last championship team and this one.
Our last championship team lost to the 49ers 38 to 20.

The Cardinals, 49ers, and Bills have run Dallas out of the stadium and curb stomped them.

That doesn't happen 3 times in a season to legit teams.

We didn't run out of the stadium by the Cardinals. And plenty of legit teams have gotten beat badly multiple times in a season.

Is that so. The 49ers lost 3 games in a row.

That was the only game that got away from us in 95 and it wasn’t nearly as bad as the loss we had to the 49ers this season. This team is going nowhere in the playoffs.

You feel the same as many others of us.

I doubt most fans on here ever saw Roger live or understand the respect Coach Landry had.

Being a fan does not equate to being satisfied with the same garbage year after year.

It’s glaring, this team is soft, they have no real alphas, dudes who would get mad at this kind of play like Aikman and Haley and Irvin did. This team won’t beat a smash mouth team like SF, they are a front running team thats more finesse and opportunistic. Dak couldn’t figure out the Bills D today and I just know that would still happen in the playoffs, he looked awful. People can bully us and we don’t know how to respond, the coaches don’t know either.

How about resigning LVE(we like our guys) instead of signing Wagner who even at his age is in a different stratosphere than LVE and has said he wants to play in Dallas.
Our front office is so arrogant, always think they can out draft and bargain basement everyone and it never freakin works……meanwhile the 9ers trade for people like Trent Williams, CMac, and Chase young smdh.
