Even the....er .....critics....have to admit he had a decent game with horrid QB play.

Right?
He did better than Lamb. The big problem was Dak and Lamb. Then throw in Moore who thought it was a good idea to run a trick play when they were averaging over 5 yards a carry,

Noah Brown is who he is. He had a few catches late in the game when the Bucs DBs backed off but otherwise he was not much to see.

Noah Brown is on the team because he is the one WR who will block a little in the running game.

But Fehoko has been a huge disappointment and obviously all the hype around Tolbert on draft day was just a bunch of malarkey. I would bring Brandon Smith up from the practice squad and put him on the outside and move CeeDee to the slot. Gallup can be the other WO when he gets back.

He’s a career #5, at this point you can get the same skillset and production from someone on a rookie contract!
Well I would say I agree but our rookies can’t touch the field lol….well I guess Houston did so yeah you’re right lol.

he did , but did the TB secondary was scared of him, no, they doubled and tripled CD, probably thats why Noah had some one on one or even not directly covered , Also you expect Noah to stretch the field , for long shots ??
No....thats not his game. Hes a possession type receiver every qb needs. Weve only just started to use him right. We'll have to try to get inside the red zone to continue it.

When the "elite" QB throws him in the dirt? Behind? High? All Noah's fault eh? Jeeze....dude. Come on. QB's can screw it up but how dare a WR?

Look people...I never said Noah was the next coming of Mike Evans. But 5 for 9 for 67 yards, 13.6 av.... and long of 22.....when the team is destroying itself around him? That's a good showing.

You guys are nuts.

Everyone else's fault but Dak's.

Coaches, WR's, Oline, opposing defense was allowed to play with 11 players, turf, sun, moon, wind, AC in the stadium. You can't really judge Dak until all those things are perfect.

4 of his 5 catches were resulted in 1st downs.
How many were in junk time once, Tampa started playing prevent… I only remember 2 receptions in 1st 3 quarters but was feeling a bit sick to my stomach after the 1st quarter or so!

Lol! He’ll be back on the bench, where he belongs, just as soon as Gallup is back. He’ll be out of the league next year!

And how much of that is Noah's fault? We're running asinine trick plays instead. Haters gonna hate.

Since you asked so kindly......Noah been in the league for 5 years now. 1st time threatening for playing time, but due to attrition, not warranted play.
Granted ST is his forte.......but 5 years to warrant playing time of any significance. There is a reason......maybe bad hands, maybe bad routes, maybe not knowing the plays?
To recap, its relatively simple.....5 years to warrant playing time.
How many years did it take Warren Moon to make it into the NFL? Kurt Warner? Didn't Steve Young have to wait? What about WR Jimmy Smith? Tony Pollard?

The point is just because guy had to wait a while doesn't mean he's a total jag. Coaches have preferences. And if Noah was drafted in the early rounds your assessment would increase in value. But the guy was a 7th round draft pick. Only he and Jourdan Lewis remain from that draft.

Lol, kind of look at it like the Gregory/ Armstrong comments last spring. People were insisting that since Armstrong had 5 sacks and Gregory only had 6 that Armstrong was almost as good. They didn’t take into account that teams have to game plan Gregory to limit him, and that Armstrong is nothing more than an afterthought in opposing teams blocking scheme. Brown did nothing to pressure Tampa into changing their game plan. They doubled and tripled Lamb all night and left him in single coverage and he did nothing to punish them for it. Gallup left in single coverage would have forced them to change or get torched… we’ve seen it multiple times when teams ran the same coverage on Cooper. Brown is limited at best, his ceiling is as a #5, blocking receiver… he’ll never be anything more, no matter how much you delude yourself. Oh and the “you’re just a hater” diatribe shows an inability to use critical thinking skills… are you a five year old!

And if you had any critical thinking skills you'd know a wr depends on the qb and oc, as well as his own skills.

How did you grade dak for his ability to get receivers the ball?
How did you grade moore for his ability to call an adept game?

Brown has finally gotten a chance to start, contribute, and get consistent reps. 5 catches for 13+ yards per....on a sinking on fire ship....is crap....to you.

Sorry if hater offends you....but its about the only explanation. Especially when we need to find even just a shred of positivity.

Better than lamb who was pathetic. I know Dak is pathetic but lamb is righ up there. You have to catch the football to even be considered a receiver.
