That is why they extended Dim, and that is why they are fixin to extend Corky....it's just too much damn work for them to switch gears....let alone EVER do it on the fly.....see 49ers, Eagles, Rams, and NOW Denver....embarrassing. Other teams have almost ten (10) coaches lined up to interview, and our own organization can't be bothered with even ONE. Like I said yesterday, the media and fans are to blame for this....NOBODY else....Michigan was about to hire a football coach a few years back that nobody wanted, and there was a hug fan protest at the University Presidents house....that coach did NOT get hired.....NOT advocating that, but we do NOTHING as a fan base....except take it. Corky was a dead man walking two (2) months ago, and now you have media members talking about how good he might be as a CEO/walk around coach.....huh? What? It all started a couple months ago, when Booger threatened the trio on The Fan 105.3, and ever since then every media member has become absolutely pathetic....like I've said for years, nut up as a group....he can't pull EVERYONE'S credentials....just sad. Trust me, Booger has a breaking point....but nobody has done anything to force it yet....still WAY TOO MANY idiots...some probably in there 50's or older...who still have nothing on their Christmas lists but Cowboys merch. Look in the mirror before blaming Booger....and you too The Fan 105.3, The Ticket 96.7, Fish, Mickey, Brad, Babe....and EVERYONE else working out of The Star in Frisco. Next year WILL be must watch TV, because things are gonna get bad....and I'll be smiling every time I see how uncomfortable Booger and Chuckles look up in the booth knowing what a mistake they made in Free Agency, Dim, and Corky.....I'm rubbing my hands together and laughing already. Happy New Year everyone!!!

It's even harder to win a championship when the owner is an idiot and the GM. I've been around long enough to see us win 4 SB's. But doubt I will see another as long as a Jones controls the team. It's a shame.

You're right about Jerry...but, fans choose to be fans. No one is being forced. I know the back and forth are just, empty words. At the end of the day, there is nothing a fan can do to change the direction of the team.

its not about championships. you mentioned those other teams and that's what they are working towards.
we are working towards maximizing profits. the goals are different.
everyone is working hard to maximize profits.
skim on coaches. skim on type of coaches. I mean Jerry sat Rush down so he doesn't have to pay 250K bonus. in the meantime Tampa allowed their WR to get another 50 yards in a last meaningless game to earn a 3M bonus.

The whole MM as a walk around coach is so redundant. It's history repeating itself. My biggest issue though, is why? What vision does he bring for the team? He's not great at clock management, he doesn't scheme us into victories, his teams in Dallas have been completely undisciplined. So why? What is the benefit of keeping him? It's not the analytics he LIED about and it's not his game plans. Oh yeah because our losers players love him. Whatever.
