Dancing in a club setting is certainly less stressful on an ankle than playing WR in a football game. This is just another case of fans trying to scapegoat the loss and believing that NFL players owe it to them to do nothing in their lives other than football related matters.

Well... If they are injured you would like to see them not out at the club dancing.

I never had a problem with Romo playing Golf in the offseason but if he's playing golf during the season with a jacked up back I'm going to be a little upset about it.

A lof of NFL stars just can't get used to (or don't care about) the fact that they will live in a fishbowl til the end of their careers.

Players today don't care what fans think. Most Giant fans are angry and are saying, if he can dance then he is good enough to be on the field. :lmao2:

You know what's nice about it, that the Giant's organization is getting it back, little by little. Karma baby!!!!

Thats the thing nobody cares about you being upset. That's like if somebody said you wasn't doing your job right you wouldn't care. Some of these fans need to get a life

on the surface, OBJ participating in a dance-off while not being healthy enough to join his team, sounds off to me. And it has nothing to do with him being at a club/bar, etc, I'd think the same thing if he were playing a charity dodgeball game.

If there was a video available that I didn't see and it shows him casually messing around, that's one thing, but again, it doesn't come across well being he wasn't healthy enough to play.

Some woman should accuse him of DV.....
By Zeke standards, it could come from a clinically diagnosed pathological liar with irrefutable proof that she was making it all up but Goodell HAS to suspend him for six games.

Guess the drug cruise last year wasn't bad for the NFLs image?

Someone mentioned that Odell not playing had something to do with money. It might've been Skip Bayless. He said Beckham wants to be the highest paid player in the league. I'm not sure how not playing helps his case, though (if he's healthy enough to play).

This is so dumb..it's unbelievable how clueless people can be..

Yeah, Beckham didn't want to play. That makes total sense

Just because you can dance doesn't mean you can play football. However, if you have an injury it might be in your best interest to rest it instead of doing something to stress it and either stunt the healing process or do more damage. Kinda dumb either way.

You clearly haven't seen my dad dance.

It's like he's trying to hurt the ground

I don't think that is just limited to players of today's era. Players in the past were the same. They didn't care what fans thought and their private lives weren't covered as much as today's players.

Odell may end up being the first NFL player accused of DV by another man.
