No, really. Carroll is a scrub without an NFL team. He has no right to troll the Cowboys or anybody else at the moment. That game-tying TD Dez had against Philly last year was on Carroll. Tony Romo's last NFL TD pass in the finale at Philly was on Carroll.

I honestly wish he was still an Eagle.
