Nolan vs Eberflus vs Parker through their first 5 games

Offense looks bad too those years. To be screwing up so many picks they do have some talent. This is why im for trading picks for talent.
Honestly, our best talent is probably our draft picks.

We’re an offensive team, and it’s largely because of Dak, CeeDee, and some elite OL named Tyler. All draft picks, and all 1st round aside from Dak. The other exception is Pickens, who we traded for. Everybody else on the offense is pretty replaceable.

On the defense, it’s harder to say. But, once again, our highest value players are 1st round picks (Downs) and players we traded for (Q). The rest are probably replaceable.

There is absolutely a correlation.
It can be argued it was causation.

Not only did Parsons lead the team all four years he was here, he made the other pass rushers better.

Quinn also had both Bland and Diggs during their brief prime.

I’ve said it several times but it’s common for fans to be uncomfortable with the idea that the talent is the issue.

You can fire a coach overnight and hire someone the next day

You can’t do that with your entire pass rush.
And it's so strange. Why is it?
