I know some do not consider him great but Bill Bates was not drafted yet had a long productive career in Dallas and was a reason why special teams player was added to the Pro Bowl roster.

He was an inspiration to all the guys who were told you not fast enough or big enough. Bates job seemed to be on the line every year he was in Dallas but the man gave his all and won respect from Landry and later Jimmy Johnson. I was glad to see him get a chance to play in the SB and get a ring.
