Really miss the post game show with Norm this year. The official post game just doesn't do it for me. Anyone know if they plan an unofficial show after the game this year during the regular season?

I am pretty sure they will. Even though The Ticket doesn't do Cowboy games anymore they will probably still do it. I know when the Ticket didn't have the Cowboys they were still doing a post game show.

If they are smart and don't consider themselves bigger than just a sports station they pretty much have to.

The cowboys, good are bad, are pretty much the sports news for the next 3 months, barring a Rangers playoff run.

The Ticket always has a post game show even when they aren't the official station. Norm has always been a part of that as long as he's been at the station. So, I wouldn't worry about it.

Lab I don't live in Dallas but as soon as you said somebody on the broadcast was a Steelers fan, I'll petition anything or anyone to get him off. An ABSOLUTE disgrace.

Salisbury was a laugh riot on ESPN if you half way kept track of the things he said. He would literally call a new guy the MVP of the league every week. I remember coldhardfootballfacts writing a piece that documented all of the stupid things he said and it was just great.

Was this Jagger guy on the pregame show as well? I caught about 20 minutes or so and there was some guy i'd never heard before that i couldnt stand after about 5 minutes.

And yeah, Salisbury is a complete knob.

I like Norm and all his stats and stuff, but man his voice can get annoying after a while. I wish they would go back to Drew and, was it Wally Lynn?? that used to do the post game show...they were great.

Yes, that's the guy. I don't listen to 105.3 normally, so theebs had to tell me about him. But his show is the morning show that's not even a sports show. It's like they just threw together Salisbury and someone else from the station with zero thought about it.

And get this, theebs was saying that last year down the stretch, this Jagger guy was constantly railing on Romo, making fun of Jessica, etc. It should be illegal for him to be associated with our show at all.

As for Salisbury, I still wonder if the guy is on speed or something. He talks a gazillion miles an hour and seems to have the worst ADD in history. He wanders all over the place saying a little bit of everything, which leads to all the contradictions Monster Heel talked about. He's just terrible. I actually feel sorry for Larry Brown having to work with him and the Steeler fan.

Wally Lynn is on 103.3 after the game, and yesterday Avezzano was on the pregame on there. Which is fine, and probably what I'll listen to, though I like the Ticket's work as well (for pre- and postgame). But the official show should have someone better than the clowns they do have on there. As it is, I won't listen to it at all, which is a shame because Brad and Babe and Kristi Scales do a great job. But Salisbury is that much of a joke. And think about everyone listening on the radio outside of DFW... They won't have any alternative.

I really miss Norm on BOTH sides of the game. I'm sure the new group will grow on me, but it sucks having someone who does a good job not involved with the official show anymore.

Norm's overreaction to everything cracks me up. And I always like Larry Brown's analysis from the perspective of a former player. I don't know much about that Donovan guy, but he fits right in.

The only reason I listen to The Ticket is because of Norm.

105.3 The Fan is okay when Newy Scruggs is on because they tend to open up the phone lines a little more but the guys on the mourning show are horrible.

My boss said Jagger use to be the host of a show called Change of Hearts.

That tells you all you need to know right there.

From my understanding, Salisbury quit because he stated that the show was preventing him from fullfilling other obligations. There was a thread with a quote from him.

Welll that's why I put quit/fired. Depends on where you read, he was fired. Listen to him..and read all the nonsense he wrote to ******** the other day, he quit.
