norm on the ticket says are there really changes

i listened to the ticket with norm hit.... he basically said, has wade really made changes like he said he would, sounded like norm was saying not really, its business as usual;

that just 2 small changes were made in practices, and nothing else really

time will tell, i do know if we lose these next 2 games because the cowboys arent ready, and good ole wade is thinking its still ok, then i am going to be really ticked off at wade,

i did hear though from another media guy that the cowboys coaches are working their rear end off teaching the players, so thought id pass that along too,

Norm has been around Dallas a long time and has seen it all and used to have some good insight, but his shtick is old and he's way over the top in the last couple years. I'm beginning to wonder if he's lost it.

well maybe behind close doors its a diffrent story, but Stewart needed to be changed, just tlike the special teams needs some kind of change, and the offense needs some kind of change. So Wade needs to address all those areas and hopefully he has done that.

as far as norm, yes, he goes overboard sometimes, but norm has been around and seen it all and norm has an eye for talent, sometimes, sometimes not, we all get fooled sometimes by a player

like norm loved darren woodson coming out, and greg jennings, but at same time norm loved Leftwich too and we know how that turned out

i have some sources to the cowboys, so if wade hasnt changed and not making changes until jerry jones forces him, then i will get that out to jerry jones and stephen

there comes to a point when a head coach knows he isnt doing his job, he knows he needs to make changes and he refuses till forced to

we have a similar situation here in lufkin with our head coach here at high school, the season is lost, so what in theory should you do in that scenario

you should start playing your juniors, and your backup players not your sr qb that has been messing up big time, you make changes

i look at it this way, if head coach coughlin saw that his style wasnt working, and it wasnt, he changed, and that got the team to the superbowl

head coach of the texas longhorns had a certain style too and that wasnt working either, so he changed his style too, thats being smart, seeing your short comings and fixing them

thats the mark of a great head coach;

so, in retrospect, BigD i dont have to rant and rave, i will get that to jerry and the cowboys if wade hasnt changed his style and being stubborn,

at same time am i blaming it all on the coach and coaches no, the players are to blame too, the coaches can only put you in position to win, but the players have to play

any 13 year old boy can see that the game planning the last 4 weeks has been awful

and players need to play too and play with emotion, desire and heart, sometthing that some of these players honestly lack

Jerry has not been too fond of Stewart since the Hatcher incident last year in TC. If he told Wade to take the duties away from him and Wade is making some kind of stand, it will be his undoing!

thats like anthony spencer whom was suppose to be taking treatment every day for his knee injury, spencer missed a day, maybe more for some personal reasons.

wade called him in, and fined him, thats all, no big tongue lashing, no dog house, just fined him, telling him he is suppose to take those treatments every day no matter what,
right there that tells me, that player doesnt realize when you dont get prescribed treatment, your not being serious about your teammates, your coaching staff, your owner jerry jones and your fans.

it goes back to the attitude of the team, the attitude of the players and coaches needs to be sorely addressed,

what it is with wade, he doesnt like to demote a player or coach period, once a player is on the 53 man roster, coaches and players, that person is on the team till end of season

go back and look at all of wades teams after season started, tell me when he cut a player or traded one or coach, in fact thats one of the reasons he got fired in buffalo, he wouldnt fire his special teams coach

jerry did tell wade for him to take over the defense personally, heck, thats the main reason he was hired, now wades answer back to that and the team, i will spend more time on defense, etc, so wade kinda white washed what jerry told him to do with stewart to the media

but jerry did tell him to demote stewart;
